I've actually booked tickets to Bangkok, Thailand. I'll be flying off to Bangkok on this coming 28th Feb and i'm supposed to depart Bangkok on 7th March.

The problem is, in between this period, I have to fly over to Malaysia for a day. Say, I leave Bangkok for Malaysia on the 3rd of March, & go back to Bangkok on 4th March. And i'll continue to stay there 'til 7th March.

Will I have any problems at the checkpoint? Because I'll have a Bangkok visa in my passport and yet i'm flying over to Malaysia during my stay.

Just a quick summary:

SIN --> BKK --> SIN (previous plan)
SIN -->BKK-->KUL-->BKK-->SIN (new plan, possible?)

I'd be really really grateful if anyone can clarify my doubts. Thanks!

No problem at all, you'll just need to clear immigration three times (once when you enter Thailand, once in Malaysia, and once again in Thailand).

You may have some Issues. Not having a Malaysia Visa. Best advice i can give is call a Travel Agent and see what they say.

Though you might be able to take care of the issue in Malaysia at customs and it will likely cost you a lot.

It should not be a problem as long as your visa is chop upon entering bangkok and leaving bangkok, entering Malaysia and leaving Malaysia

Of course you can, unless you have visa restrictions for either country. In this case, you may have to apply for several visas in advance. However, Malaysia and Thailand has very few visa restrictions with most nationalities.
