If you mean by "aliens" people who live on other planets, sure. It is inconceivable to think that of the billions and billions of planets out there, only earth would be populated by intelligent beings.

If you believe in the Bible, then yes beings in other worlds are talked about many times. If you believe in evolution, then maybe not because this big bang theory in conjunction with the evolution of the human race was a many statistical improbabilities. If there are aliens in that sense, they could likely be in a form that may or may not be fully evolved such as an amoeba, or perhaps it didn't create a being, but rather a plant, who knows because, in line with the big bang, we're just a retardation (you can read evolution if you please) of a past form.

I have more of a tendency to believe that there are than there are not.. I even have a paranoidal theory that aliens(from outer space I mean) control what we do on earth .. the problem is that I just do not have any good proof that it is so but I keep looking anyway.

until they really decide to show themselves, we are bound to ask over and over the same question with the same over and over likely answers that mention god, the bible, or the law of possibilities in order to add credibility to the rejection or acceptance of the existence of the so - called aliens.. nevertheles I sincerely hope that one day your investigation pays off, either way

Yes. if you believe in god then you know that he created earth and everything on it. He couldn't do it from here. He must be from outer world which means that he is one of them.
