Well done for losing a stone. You certainly aren't fat at 5"7 you would have to be over 11 stone to be fat, 10-12 is about right any smaller is pathetic.

No, i don't think you are fat at all. I am a little bit shorter than you and weigh a little less but have the same clothes size. I think that because there are so many skinny minnies ariund now, people think that anyone size 10 or over are fat, but that is not so. Plus, it's a well known fact that most men prefer a curvier girl to someone that is all skin and bones!

You are joking right!! You have the figure I would die for. At the same height and nearly two stone heavier I don't consider myself fat. I bet you can see your ribs!! FYI My daughter who is ten, is 5"4 and weighs a little less than you, is beautiful. Carry on with the excercises by all means but please don't lose anymore weight, there are enough sticks in this world and we don't need any more to make us feel bad about ourselves. You are perfect so don't let anyone tell you otherwise. Merry Christmas! xx

i don't know how much is 9 stones and 5"7 cos im from europe, we have cm and kg, but don't u have eyes and can't u look in the mirror and see whether u re fat or not? why do u need someone else evaluate u? in europe we consider being normal if u take your height and substract 110. ,y height is 170 minus 110=60kg is normal weight for that high person (moi)

No, don't be silly. That is a healthy weight and a good size. Don't diet, just eat healthily and keep going to the gym, you're doing great! Take care : )

Congratulations on losing that weight!

You're certainly not fat, if you're at the gym 3x times a week then you're probably tonned, fit and healthy!!!

You LUCKY thing! Any GP would say not. If you think you are then he or she would probably send you to some counselling because the deep dowm reason why you are unhappy is unlikely to have anything to do with how much you weigh and is much much more compliacted.

I don't think so. You're obviously fit and working hard to achieve your body goals, don't be too hard on yourself...Personal trainers are good for advice and motivation but are a bit expensive but I expect u already know that.
Well done for what you have already achieved.

You sound far from fat to me. I don't think weight is your problem, but tat you are suffering low self esteem. You should see you doctor for advice.
