A few days ago I went the cheap route and bought suave body wash instead of the usual dove. (coca butter and shea butter for extra dry skin) I have been using it for about three days. After the first day I used it I noticed that my skin felt weird last nite was my third time using it and I stayed up all night b/c I was itching all over (from my face to the bottom of my feet) and I am still itching. I also have a whole bunch of bumps. I have sensitve skin, where some soap products will dry out my skin but I never aquired this chronic itching that is plaguing me now.
I have tried coca butter, skin so soft and benydrl, noting is working.

Try the lotion 'Curel'.. it can really moisture your skin. They sell it in every Target, or Walmart.
And discontinue the use of the body wash. If you don't get any better in 3 days, go to see your Doctor.

Yikes! You might want to see your doctor or a dermatologist. I'd look carefully at the body wash bottle and see what else it might contain that could be irritating your skin. Sometimes, cocoanut oil (which helps lather) can dry skin out. Also, sodium laurel sulfate can have a drying effect. It could also be nothing about the body wash, and you might have another condition (shingles or scabies or something else). Good luck.

If the benydrl didn't help the only other suggestion I have is a higher dose. Use the clear spray on type. If that doesn't work I suggest seeing a doctor for a hydrocortizone shot.

You should see a dermatologist since the product might contain something you are allergic to. Sounds like contact dermatitis to me.

stop using that product, use detergent soap. Consult to a dermatologist to have a best solution.
