There is no theory of evolution. Evolution is a fact.
There is one theory of natural selection which tries to explain how evolution happens. It is held as the best one in the scientific community since Darwin.
Some scientists are trying to provide a new theory explaining evolution, it is called intelligent design. So far their theory has convinced almost no one except radical christians.
So your question is twice wrong.
Many things remain unexplained under the theory of natural selection, there are indeed gaps in evolution, evolution seems to happen through jumpos, and this may be hard to explain throught the natural selection theory, but people are working on it, and so far other solutions proposed are pathetic.

Show me a single peer reviewed article that indicates this.

There are plenty of quibbles over details, but not over the underlying idea. The fossil record is very clear that life started off simple and evolved over a long period to more complex. I have not seen any disagreement with that in a peer reviewed, scientific publication. If you know of one, post it.

"Evolution disproves the Bible!"

The Book of Genesis tells us that everything was created by God—nothing "evolved." Every creature was given the ability to reproduce after its own kind as is stated ten times in Genesis. Dogs do not produce cats. Neither do cats and dogs have a common ancestry. Dogs began as dogs and are still dogs. They vary in species from Chihuahuas to Saint Bernards, but you will not find a "dat" or a "cog" (part cat/dog) throughout God’s creation. Frogs don’t reproduce oysters, cows don’t have lambs, and pregnant pigs don’t give birth to rabbits. God made monkeys as monkeys, and man as man.

Each creature brings forth after its own kind. That’s no theory; that’s a fact. Why then should we believe that man comes from another species? If evolution is true, then it is proof that the Bible is false. However, the whole of creation stands in contradiction to the theory of evolution.

Simple, if it were true, why are there still monkeys? It does not make sense. Science has to make sense.
