warranty: a usually written guarantee of the integrity of a product and of the maker's responsibility for the repair or replacement of defective parts

guarantee: an assurance of the quality of or of the length of use to be expected from a product offered for sale often with a promise of reimbursement

so ..warranty is about defective parts. Guarantee is about functionality of a product.

A store can have "satisfaction guarantee" policy = you try the product and you don't like the product that so you can return it.

Warranty is about when the product doesn't work anymore and the maker it is at fault (defective parts).
