Thank you all for your answers but the problem is that the cost for flying there and back is mmore than $3.000,00 so that's why I excluded airplanes. Not afraid of them been in them hundred times!

i might want to point Greece! it really is properly universal that Greece has an fairly sturdy evening existence! Greek human beings like having a sturdy time and there a large style of bars, golf equipment, theaters, etc in each and every area! so a approaches as sightseeing worried, Greece is mythical for that is historic previous, because that is the cradle of civilization! also in Greece, there are plenty fo islands and there you'll discover large seashores of all tastes with very sparkling waters! at very last, Greece is a probability-free usa and exceedingly in the suburbs! Bali is efficacious too, despite the indisputable fact that that isn't any longer the appropriate position to bypass on my own, that is better ideal to bypass which include your different 0.5! In Greece the evening existence is easily loopy!

If youre not afraid of flying the cheapest and easyest way is flying. Book early and search the web for airliners that go to thailand from greece. Otherwise the best way would be a number off boat trips via suez channel and india and pearhaps singapore. but it will take time. Johan

You can do it virtually entirely by train. Have a look at http://www.seat61.com/ for details. But you need to travel through Vietnam and on to Beijing, mostly by train but with a land gap (bus or taxi). Then it's the Trans Siberian to Moscow. Then a set of international trains to get you to Greece.

Duration: maybe 10 days
Cost: probably cheaper by plane

Or try a container cargo ship, but again, these aren't as cheap as you might expect.

are you really ready for such a trip? you could drive, take a lot of buses and some trains, or hitchhike. but keep in mind you will have to pass through some quite hostile areas; possibly an actual war zone or two.

you could take a ship but that's probably a lot more than flying, even for a cheap cruise. or, get hired on a yacht going athens to singapore or bangkok.

You could try a freighter cruise but it's more expensive than flying.
Everything is more expensive than flying unless you are willing to get on a motorcycle or a bike. You may laugh but a friend of mine did it by bike. He had trouble in Middle eastern countries as he wasn't wearing his shirt so he got pelted with rocks.
