It is the one part of the day where I snuggle into my doona, stick my head under the pillow and think to myself "Thank god another day is over"! I listen to soft music (if i remember to put it on) and dream away quite merrily. It's a hassle trying to get out of bed in the mornings, but hey, it's gotta be done, doesn't it?

Sleeping is my all-time favorite thing to do. I didn't get to do it anywhere nearly enough when I was working.
My bed is just right, with too many pillows, too many teddy bears and my dog is always happy to snooze with me all day long and into the night. I love the feel of flannel nighties and cozy slippers on my feet.
Retirement is wonderful!

I am very happy in my life, but I LOVE to sleep. I call it recreational sleeping. Sometimes it's just dozing, but I love the coziness ans warmth of sleep. I enjoy my dreams and I love the lazy luxurious quality of sleeping. I admit though, sometimes I feel guilty about it. My favorite time for deep sleep is between 6 a.m. and noon.

Going to bed at night is my favorite thing to do. It makes me feel so good. I wish it would last longer but noooooooo that damned alarm has to go off every stinking morning making me get up and get ready for work.

Yes...I look forward to it...especially when I am depressed, or just don't want to deal with the stresses of everyday life..I love to listen to my radio with headphones on and it puts me to sleep...
