jelly tot is correct. In london they also have heat sensors so when the light turns red the sensor gets hotter.

In the UK at pedestrian crossings where you push the button to get the traffic to stop, if you feel underneath the device there is a rotating cone type thing. When the cone starts spinning then it's safe to cross the road. It's not on all devices but an awful lot of them have it.

God has a mysterious way of working.God created human beings in his own image and it is such a miracle that blind people has eyes but we human beings dont see.the deaf man will show the blind man the way to cross the road and the blind man will also do a sign for the deaf man to know what he or she is saying

the pink bobbly slabs at the edge of the road tells a blind person that they are at a crossing or at the side of the road, this helps them.
blind people without dogs, put their arms up and walk across, or sometimes they ask for help.
