My mom gave away my puppy at only 7 months. She gave away the rest of our other puppies from the past but since we kept this one so long I guess I REALLY loved Bleu. It is just hard to let go. What will I do. Please be brutal. ( what ever that means.)

I know it's hard when you have to let go. But you can be glad to know that Bleu went to a good home. Just take all the good times that you had together.

It's hard when u lose something close to u/I have had lots of pets in my life time and everytime I lose one it hurts,but just remember the good times u had with your puppy/pets will come and go but memories will last forever

Why is your mother giving away the puppies? Is she a breeder of a certain type of dog? Does she show her dog in dog shows? If she does than the puppie was not good enough to show.

why did she get rid of the puppy. Was she the one that was taking care of it was it to much work. SOunds like you need to wait until you can care for the dogs yourself before getting any more.

Volunteer at a shelter or a kennel. If your mom won't allow dogs, at least you'll still get to be around them. Plenty of shelter pups just want to be loved on each day.

When you feel yourself missing him, remember that he is off on his own life of happiness. Maybe the new "people" will allow you to call or go see him so you can find out how he is doing. That would help you to let go.
