I would say the girl. I have seen a girl and a girl fight. It's scary. It's really like fighting in a war. So, if there are no rules and both have the equal weight, the girl will win. In addition, if the guys win, after the match, he will be seen as ungentlemanly even if there are no rules. This is life. Ladies first as the saying goes.

In spite of weight, there are many other factors involved: speed, strength, endurance, etc. . . These factors are what will determine the outcome, regardless of gender. If the guy and the girl are young, I would say that the fight would come out even. However,the majority of mature men would have the advantage of increased upper body strength over the women. In this instance, I would have to lean towards the guy.

it would depend on the female..
a man will always have more brute strength than a woman (even one of same weight and stature)
i know i know, i'm a female and it seems so unfair, but hey it's not my rule it's god's rule..
so if a guy and girl got into a fight who would win..
it would depend on the circumstances.. are either of them trained in combat?
a woman can beat a man only if is highly skilled in martial arts or self defense, or if she cheats, uses her surroundings to her advantage..
women have lived their lives learning how to work around their lack of brute strength, we learn from an early age that we just can't grunt and lift the refrigerator.. we have to learn to use gravity and leverage as a friend..
so if she uses her surroundings and cheats and keeps a strong mental state and not get scared, she can beat him..
it's not fight stronge it's fight smart!

I would still say the man. Dudes are just built differently from females. A man in most cases will be stronger, even at the same weight. even when technique comes into play, men will win. Sorry, thats just the way god created us. I am sure there are stories to refute it, but I have NEVER seen it.

Girl will win the fight. if u see guy & girl of the same weight but age wise girl is elder than a guy so she can easily win the fight.

Even at the same weight, testosterone makes the guy stronger & more agressive by nature. All else being equal, the guy will probably win. Frequently, all else isn't equal.

It depends on their training... and men are not always stronger than women same height same build in fact when it comes to kicking and leg strength... i have seen men get their A$Ses handed to them by a female fighter... i have fought females better than me... and seen many a cocky man get the crap kicked out of them NHB style... how many of you people commenting are actual fighters with experience and not just some dumb kid that signed up for classes and spent 10 yrs learning the same kata or form over and over again.

There are a lot of variables. If they're both low skill level, the guy will probably win, because it will be all brute force and he'll have more of that. If they're a little higher in skill level it's hard to say because girls are usually faster and more flexible but the guy will still have brute strength on his side.

Then it will depend on the fighting skills. Are you talking about a "civilian" guy against a black belt girl? Or the opposite?

I am a woman and I hate to say it nut the man would win, same weight or not, men are stuctured with more muscle then woman, its genetics....
