We have been together 9 months and he states he talks with her less now that we are dating and they used to go to lunch or a movie 3-4 times a week. He acts sad when he says this! He wants to get married, but I am only 26 and want to finish grad school. "Anni" has been dating someone for a couple of months but whenever she leaves town my boyfriend must keep her dog...because "she trusts only him". I love him but I think she is a wall that keeps us apart...we get along great otherwise ..but he can't see this. Do I ignore this 37 yr old obstacle or do I move on?

Don't blame her--your boyfriend could put an end to it but he chooses not to. they have a longer history together than the 2 of you do, so tread lightly if you want to keep him.

My best mates bf had a similiar drama as your bf has has his story.Your bf is into his ex and he will dump you for her so its better you dump him before he does it to you.

I know its abit sad to narrate this but this is only the fact.
As my best mates bf had his ex 's phone 8/10- times a day,he told her that they were only friends,he would get sad while narrarting her the story and blah blah and one fine day this guy dumps my gf.

Help urself before he helps you.

Tell your boyfriend that you want to be "just friends" too. I would suspect he's taking care of more than her dog.
