I think it might be "Bavarois", the French word for "Bavarian". When most of us hear the word, however, we don't think of Bavarians but of a delicious creamy custard dessert of that name. Is that what you are after?

Babrois is the name of a village in the south of Haiti (just 15700 inhabitants)...

well looked it up in the online dictionary www.m-w.com and it was not found. Looked in the spanish-english section and it was not spanish or the spelling is not correct.
