Lo carb diets dont work unless you stick with them forever, othrwise like Atkins, it all comes back and then some if you screw up eating carbs and sugar. You want a balanced diet that allows both, dairy and meat. Weight watchers is great as it does this, allows you to lose 2-3 pounds a week, not starve, eat like a normal person and still keep the weight off. I have been on weight watchers for over a year, eaten like a human being and kept the weight off and am still losing, also, no low blood sugar like you might get with the other diets that are lo carb or super restrictive. cheese and meat are fine to eat in moderation. You need some for healthy bones, skin, hair. Trust me, I tried em all and this is the only one that has kept the weight off, left me eating my favorite things, in moderation and I am still losing.

Every human body is different, Not everyone will loose pounds the same way as other. Look in to other options out there. One of the best things you can do is work out. Im not saying that its healthly to be eatting junk all the time. But sometimes you need that junk because they off some things your body needs. Look at your food primaid chart and see what the body needs and try to reason with it.

Try eating mozzarella cheese instead of cheddar, continue to drink milk but try low fat milk instead of whole milk. You can have chocolate but it needs to be in moderation. Maybe one piece a day, not a whole chocolate bar. Try eating dark chocolate, it is better for you than Milk Chocolate. Cut way down on the sugars and carbohydrates.

yes you will lose weight. Cut out cheese and butter and chocolate and sweets... Your body does not need them and drink semi skimmed milk. Bread is the worst thing to eat as it stays in your stomach for ages. Go to wholemeal as it is alot better for you.

Yes you will, but you may also lose muscle mass, and that's no good. When you cut down significantly your protein intake, your muscles don't get their building ingredients. That's why you should stick to at least eating legumes and nuts which contain protein. Fish is good for you, so don't skip it. Good job for excluding sweets from your diet!!!

if weight is normally stable and you reduce your calorie intake there is a good chance you will lose weight provided you continue to eat enough calories to keep your body going. Of course if, at the end of your fasting, you go back to eating what you were eating before, your weight will also go back to what it was before, possibly a little more.

Permanent weight loss comes from permanent changes.
