I attack no one. I believe that people should live and let live. What you choose to believe is your own business. You want to believe in the Bible, that is your right. You want to believe in the Koran, that is your right. But, If your holy book teaches that all people who don't believe as you do are wicked and should be destroyed, then I think I have some reason for concern.

I agree with you 100%. A lot of people are narrow minded. They are like horses with blinders on.Thats really kind of sad when you think of all the great people and experiences they are missing out on.

If you attacked someone's point of view, you attacked them mentally, people tend to forget that.

Have you ever heard the saying 'to you, your religion, and to me, my religion'?

As for "If your holy book teaches that all people who don't believe as you do are wicked and should be destroyed, then I think I have some reason for concern."

IF. But you already know the truth.

Well has i have found out that people think the reason you are attacking their religion is cause they are scared of people who "step away from normal religion" and believe in something else. Religion is such a strong belief and so deeply rooted in most people they don't understand that it's not the only thing you can believe in.

I don't know what you've experienced, but as for myself I only feel attacked (or that my faith is being attacked) when I or my faith is put down in a way that is cruel. For instance, when I'm called stupid or simple because of what I believe, I feel under attack. When I ask a question and get called stupid for asking, I feel attacked. So on and so forth. Good question, though. Peace.

Hello Sam D.. :)

I have read only one other of your answers, so please I am open for correction.. :)

If you are Atheist, then why does the Holy Book bother you or cause you any concern, if you do not believe in it..

As for myself..I do not see any of your questions as attacking our Faith...I see a person that is searching for the Answer, to an Age Old question.. :)

Jesus came that we may have Life and have it More Abundantly..

Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life..No man comes to the Father but by Him..

John 3

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.

20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.

21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

These are just but some of my beliefs..

I am here for you.. :)

In Jesus Most Precious Name..
With Love..In Christ.. :)

The Bible does not teach to kill and if that is what you're saying then yes it is an attack perhaps based on a misunderstanding.

Christians feel it's their duty to try to convert every one to christianity. I've been there. It's what you're taught. (Today I am spiritual but not religious and I "live" and let others "live" and I don't think about "hell". Christians are on a good mission to save themselves and everyone else they can from the horror of "hell" LOL

"Do you think that Christians are better than non-Christians?"

The Christian is no better than a non-Christian, but he is infinitely better off. It is like two men on a plane, one of whom is wearing a parachute while the other is not. Neither is better than the other, but the man with the parachute is certainly better off than the man who is not wearing a parachute. The difference will be seen when they jump from the plane at 20,000 feet.

Jesus warned that if we "jump" into death without Him, we would perish. Even harsher than the law of gravity is the Law of an infinitely holy and just Creator. Scripture states that sinners are God’s enemy (Romans 5:10) and that "it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God (Hebrews 10:31).
