Watch your carb intake, lots of running and crunches.

Usually the last place that fat leaves the body is the belly.
Crunches, Sit-ups, leg lifts etc are great to develop and strengthen the abdominal muscles but it won't get rid of the fat covering the abs.
In addition to performing these exercises you need to do aerobic exercise like running, jogging, swimming, aerobic dance, Kickboxing...whatever you enjoy that will get your heart pumping and the sweat pouring for at least 30minutes a day.
If you're not an outdoor person pop in an exercise DVD and shift the sofa.
There are many to choose from, find one that you like.
Also watch your diet. Don't starve, but don't overeat. Eat lots of vegetables. Stay away from fatty foods and white foods like white rice, white flour, white sugar etc.

don;t take weight loosing pills... if you take pills you will probably end up having problems further in life.
the fastest way to lose weight is to stop eating carbs. no rice, no potatoes, nothing... with the exception of wheat bread.
drink lot of water
eat healthy food.. avoid oily food....
do a excercise atleast 3 times in a week for half an hour...
eat whenever you are hungry.. don;t skip breakfast.. eat good breakfast but don;t overeat...
do the execrise whih will help you to reduce your tummy.//
basic thing... imporive your life style by eating healthy,food and doing excercise..
10 months back.. my wt was 91 due to pregancy... my babay was just 3 kg.. after delivery my wt was 87 it was 87 for 4to 5 months.. then i started doing excersice ... half an hour daily.. i joined gym.. they have instructores.. and they tell u right excersices...
nowe I am 78. i have lost 13 kgs in 5 months,....

Drink lots of water before having lunch or dinner. This will reduce the amount of food you intake. Also try to do a brisk walk and cut down on sugar, oily food

do plenty of excersise and also cut out the foods that bload you e.g cheese and bread. Maybe cut out the snacks too and just eat your 3 meals a day (maybe less food on your plate) Maybe take up dancing or swimming as a hobby it is fun and it is good excersise.

u probably want a 6 pack tummy.well there r enough excercises to get it.but u may need to put in lots of hardwork.join a gym nearest u.remember there is no short cut to it.

U can do yoga to reduce your tummy and watch your intake calories....
