If the Bible was inspired by God, why would it contain so many fallacies in it. Why would God need to pass his word on through human beings. Why do we need to accept everything on faith, just because the Bible tells us to. I, for one, can no longer believe that the Bible is the word of God.

Consider it? I already personally believe it. But I don't really want to pick on the faith of others. What they do is their business, it isn't mine until they tell me I must believe as them.

Bible is not a bunch of fables as surposed.Every ward in the bible is inspired by God and God needs man to pass every message to man.The children of Isearlite once told Moses that they want to hear from God directly.God told Moses to garther them under a mountain that He will come down to talk to them when God was coming, they could not withstand his present and they cry and told Moses to go and hear from God and come to tell them.God is too big to talk to man face to face.No man sees God face to face and live.Man is mortal.
You have never seen God face to face but we still believe there is God atleast by the things we see we therefore need faith to accept that he is.For without faith it is impossible to please Him.
Think about our life and the air you breath how you sleep and wake up the following morning you don't know what happens over the nite. Please don't disbelieve keep on becouse God is real and as many that believe Him will not be disapointed.
Thanks.

God passed his word through man because He is so mighty that if He came himself, we wouldnt even hear what he had to say because thats just how powerful He is.God had to speak to us in a language that we understand, the human language hence he came down Himself in a human form as Jesus. We accept things by faith because even in science you cannot achieve that which you donot believe. In order to understand and fully appreciate the bible you need to be guided by the Holy Spirit, its not that there are fallacies, its just that we donot understand, our minds are too limited that is the reason we need the Holly Spirit because on our own we simply cant comprehend.

The bible is the word of God. Look at all the historical, archiology, evidence. The dead sea scroll were found in 1947 one year before the rebirth of Israel. Noahs ark was discoverd at Mount Araat. The rainbow in the sky is proof that God will never again flood the earth. It is his way of saying He will not flood the earth again. There is so much prophecy's in the old testament that talked about Jesus's birth, life, death and reserection. Isaiah, Ezikiel, Daniel ect were real men who wrote about their experiences with God. Moses was the author of Genesis all the way to Deuteronomy. The bible is Gods word and if you do not believe it , why don't you search out your own evidence instead of jumping to conclusions.

It WAS written by men, EVIL demented men at that. All one has to do is research PAST christianity with an open mind and you'll find the answers. Paganism itself predates christianity by thousands of years and it would blow your socks off to discover what those 'men' took from just that to build what today is callled 'christianity'.

If anyone can't question their beliefs, or so hard headed to believe in something just because a 'book' tells you to do so or that your childhood conditioning (parents, schools, etc...) leads you to believe it's their way or the highway, then you're all sheep IMO.

You would not believe how many questions I asked before a so called man of god and he could in no way answer one simple question without trying to feed me a bunch of crap down my throat begging me to believe it.

JUST ASK QUESTIONS AND DO SOME RESEARCH ON YOUR OWN FOR A CHANGE!

Didn’t men write the Bible?
Absolutely. When you write a letter, do you write the letter, or does the pen? Obviously you do; the pen is merely the instrument you use. God used men as instruments to write His "letter" to humanity. They ranged from kings to common fishermen, but the 66 books of the Bible were all given by inspiration of God. Proof that this Book is supernatural can been seen with a quick study of its prophecies.

The Bible is the Word of God. The Good Lord doesn't lose faith in us, so why should I lose faith in Him?!! He gives me everything that I have and everything that I need.

2 Peter 2:20,21,22...For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them... The Holy Bible is tried and true., inspired by God.
John 8:32...And ye shall know the truth and the truth shall set you free.
I hope you realize your error and come back to the truth.

Please, in your additional details link, list ONE fallacy contained in the Bible. Then, I'd be more than happy to answer this question. And remember that when you're doing your research, that there is both literal and metaphorical stories in the Bible. List one verse that you believe is false. Peace.
