Any kind of shampoo wont work when you dont take a proper diet.
Since you are stressed, dont ignore a good diet.
I have been in your situation before, trying all those shampoos untill the doctor adviced me to balance my diet as well. As you get older everything counts!!
Drink a lot of water( i mean a lot )eat lots of fruits, cut down on oily food and fast food....absolutely no fast food !!! trust me it reallly works and you can see the difference straight away with the help of ur shampoos!!

I have experienced what I thought was a lot of hair loss, but I didn't realize it was from stress. I have very long hair and it seems like a lot - not sure if it's related to stress or just because of the length and amount. I'm going to say no.

Since hair depends on good blood flow to the hair follicles, consider taking a natural vasodillator such as Gingko Biloba. A secondary benefit of GB is that it can help reduce your stress in turn preventing/slowing further hair loss. I was on GB for quite a while and it also boosts the memory in a big way. Hey, it's also a lot cheaper than Rogaine!
Healthy hair also depends on adequate intake of vitamin C with D since they synergize with one another. Don't overdo it with the VD as its a fat soluble vitamin and it can build up in your body unlike VC which is water soluble and is quickly passed from your system.
And as a last resort, you can get hair plugs, I suppose. The results are quite convincing nowadays.

Hair loss or baldness is caused mainly due to the lack of Vitamin B supplements. Vitamin B5 contains pantothenic acid and B3 (niacin that is vital for hair growth). B6 is equally important to the body, as it contains the nutrients of zinc, sulfur, magnesium and biotin.
An interesting fact about Vitamin B: Certain experiments were conducted with rats and they were fed with food that lacked magnesium supplements. It was found that they lost their hair in bunches and when they were provided with a low biotin diet they turned hairless. But to the surprise of all, their hair returned when they were fed with food rich in Vitamin B. Similar studies were conducted on men and it was found that Vitamin B enriches the quality of hair. The body also requires Vitamin A. Fatty acids such as primrose oil, flaxseed oil or salmon oil need to be consumed for enhancing hair growth.
Vitamin E is meant for stimulating the oxygen intake in the body and improves the blood circulation. If there is proper blood circulation, hair growth is enhanced. Vitamin C assists the normal functioning of capillaries that carries the blood to the scalp. Even zinc is an important supplement, which should be consumed as it assists hair growth.
Biotin is necessary for hair growth. There are many sources of biotin such as brewer's yeast, brown rice, bulgur, green peas, lentils, oats, soybeans, sunflower seeds, and walnuts. It is present in some shampoos, so you can use shampoos, which contain biotin. It is advised to consult a physician before taking any vitamins or medications for hair growth
massage your scalp and hair regularly with olive or coconut oil.,
Take care.

Go see your doctor!
There are all sorts of medical reasons your hair could be falling out. Only a doctor can advise you on the right thing to do at this stage - sounds like the situation has gotten really bad.

Hair loss is generally accepted to be genetic in most cases, however there can be medical causes. The best solution is to consult a skin specialist.
The dandruff may not be dandruff but another condition, leading to the hair loss.
