2) or he would have a temporary religion, like any other that is not spiritual and scientific but rather about segregation, dogmas, politic.

Maybe nothing. If they come here, it may mean that they're sufficiently advanced to have grown out of religion by then.
Or maybe not, in which case, it'll have a religion in which it's own alien god rules, and will condemn us to hell. In fact, the first alien to land, might actually be a missionary!

What ever new one it want to create so it can say its the only true religion and it must be followed by all others. then it finds a small country and starts a war to get rid of everyone who wont convert. either that or that one Tom Cruise follows hes an alien isnt he?

A real alien landing / meeting to the whole world would completely undermine all religions in the world....

NONE. Since aliens (if they exist) are beleived to be more advanced than us, they canot adopt a religion that defies logic and promotes ignorence.
