I'm getting extremely worried about my 7 year old cat.
She has a twin sister who is much heavier (Milly) and always has been bigger, but now my thinner cat (Tilly) has recently been getting lighter and lighter.
She's not a fussy eater and i see her drinking and eating regularly.
She's had her worm shot recently.
Any help or reccomendations?

sounds like you need to get her into the vet. Bloodwork may need to be done to rule out liver/kidney disease. What kind of worm shot did she get? I only know of one dewormer that is an injection and it only takes care of one type of intestinal parasite. There are MANY types of intestinal parasites. She may have one of the other parasites. contact your vet

My cat goes through spells where she thins down to really skinny, then she'll fatten back up again. The vet found nothing wrong with her. That's the main thing to do-get her to a vet. There could be a few things wrong or nothing at all, but it's important to know either way.

I would have said it was worms, it could be she that she needs a different type of wormer as worms become resistant if the same one is used all the time, take her to the vet though to give you peace of mind

Hi there...consider ringing your vet. Cats with thyroid problems will lose weight, yet are still eating the same or sometimes even more.

Please ring your vet and ask for their opinion on this in case Tilly needs attention. Good luck - I hope everything is OK.
