There is a guy sitting next to me in college, hes giving up fags but hes really begining to do my head in.... is there anything i can do to shut him up?!

Get behind him with a rope.
Jump on him. Wrap the rope around his neck.
Pull with all your strength, and whatever you do, don't let go.
Or just tie the rope to a rooftop, wrap it around your own neck and jump.
Problem solved.

Have you tried just being forthright and asking him to keep his mouth shut? Sometimes the direct (but polite) approach is best.

i assume you mean cigarettes if you want him to be quiet ask him to be that way if that doesn't work ask to move seats or just move seats because hes interfering with your ability to learn
