I have been in a steady relationship with my boyfriend for 5 years now. I think I have only ever had an orgasm three times during sex. On the other hand ehen I have intimate relationships with other women I am almost guranteed to orgasm. How can this be so???

Obviously this man has a lot to offer if you have stayed with him for 5 years even thought the sex is bad. And obviously you are able to orgasm easily enough in the right situation. So, the logical choice is to talk to him and work with him to help him become a better lover. If that does not work, then you must face the decision of remaining in a poor sexual relationship or parting ways.

Perhaps you feel he is dominating you in bed and that makes you uncomfortable. Maybe he has a tiny winky or no control or rhythm.
The simple answer is: you need to try to be more open with him and say what you like.
However if you're cheating on him with women perhaps there are many other reasons
a) maybe you have an inferiority complex whereby having the love of one person isn't enough for you
b) if women feel safer then men (but you're sure you're not a lesbian) perhaps you were abused as a kid or had a lack of affection from your father
c) if you are with women because its 'not like I'm really cheating' then maybe you don't love this guy at all and need to leave him
d) you are, in fact, a lesbian

three orgasms in 5 years thats terrible!! Women know there own bodies and what they are like. I think it is easier girl on girl as you have the same parts whereas men obviously are different and its hard to adjust if your used to exploring a womens body. Does your boyfriend come eveytime. I think you should leave your bloke you want more than he can give you! Maybe you are bisexual try having a relationship with a girl you never know you might enjoy it! Generally, guys don't have a clue what a woman wants or needs in the bedroom! We get horny, hard, then poke it in! (And repeat, if necessary! LOL) We just think that the girl enjoyed it too!
If the girl takes the time to teach her partner what she really needs, I think more relationships could be saved! But that's just me...

hmm.......maybe iots because you find yourself to be more attractive and sexy with women! A lot to do with having an orgasm is in your head too........if you go into sex with the idea you're not going to orgasm it wont make his job any easier!!
My advice.......do something spontaneous with him and make your slef feel really sexy and then things should go from there!!
