There is one course called VETA .In this they give one book and daily u have to read for 1 hour only. They will also provide 2 C.D.if u need Address to buy it or

Read aloud every day a part of portion, study by-heart (study to say the same without looking into the pages). Study one small part, say five sentence or less, every day. Reading makes your vocal expression perfect. Repetition of the same paragraph makes you a good orator to say what you want to say with intense feeling in your mind. Thus within one year you would be fluent with 360 words or so. Believe, there are only 26 letters in English that you have overcome. Within 15 days you would be fluent, if not please eat my head.

Now a days English has become a prime factor of communication...It has become very important for each one of us to speak in that lang....almost with everyone i.e friends,teachers,clients (in work place) so on and so forth...but learning and speaking the language is not that difficult...so may spoken classes are there which can help us to further improvise the language..but this should'n jus stop with learning....we need to practice it everyday so that it reduces the mistakes and increases the fluency..So the only mantra is REGULAR PRACTICE

There are several computer programs that can tutor you in english, but I find that just like anything else the more you speak english and pratice it you will get much better faster. There are also audio tapes and CD's that teach english as a second language. you can find these Audio tapes, CDs and computer programs at amazon.com, but no matter what Never give up. to speak fluant ienglish most importantly u need to speak english regularly
communicate in english with friends
coz u cant speak englishfluantly without speakin reguarly
it dosent matter how much u knw
how confident u hav thts the matter.

just go on mingle with some on in english u can speak properly
u need to go on test ur self with different types of book
which gives u a proper grammer and vocabulory sentences

PRACTICE! That's the only way.
And remember to speak slowly - so that by the time you have to say something, the sentence has already formed in your mind!
