Obviously...you have no idea.
First - "win a girl to have sex with you," will only work if you have to pay her. And if she wants to be paid for it. And you're willing to be arrested for it.
Second - The steps to take are to make her realise that you're worth it. Unfortunately, the only way to do something like that is to BE WORTH IT.
Third - Don't even begin to believe that there is a formula with which to get laid. It won't happen, and if it does, you'll regret it. Not then, maybe not the next day, but you will.
Get over it, and don't be such a misogynistic guy...stop thinking of women as prizes and start thinking of women as people.

I know I'm not going to win points with you on this answer, but you sound like a male s1ut. With that attitude, you'll not only attract sluts, you open the door to many risks as well!
No girl wants to be used and abused unless she feels as casual towards sex as you do. If all you want is sex, and not a true relationship, then "Wham Bam, Thank You Mam", That's the extent of "winning sex".

Don't start with that attitude, maybe you should treat her as a person rather than just a sex object. Talking and generally being a nice guy will help you there.
