I have been using a fish-oil suppliment for several years, it is a great daily sup. to reduce high colesterol, and other things such as triclicerites (in my case) Look for a lable with omega-3 fatty acids! Good Luck!

Fish oil has essential fatty acids which are needed to keep your body healthy (like moisturiser from the inside out) it also very good for your brain!!! you dont need to buy capsules, try to eat plenty of tuna, salmon and fresh fish. If you do buy capsules check they are odourless as you dont want to be burping fish all day!!!!!

I used to take fish oil as a kid. People say it's good for the eyes. But you need to pay attention to the amount you take per day though.
