If its freshly squeezed OJ or "freshly squeezed"OJ -
3 glasses daily is too much & it may eventually have the same effect as prune juice has on people.
If its cordial or any other then there is too much sugar and it could promote the development of diabetes later in your life.
But if its freshly squeezed from a juice bar or home its all good BUT 3 glasses is still a little too much.....

That should not be a problem. Your body does not store vitaimin C, so it's best to drink a good amount each day. Although too much of anything is dangerous. I am not sure how much is too much when it comes to orange juice.

3 glasses a day is too much. While fruit juice can be good for you, most pre-packed juices have lots of added sugars and preservatives. Try cutting it down to one glass a day or making your own juices or trying other fruits. Drink more water to keep you hydrated.

too much juice is not good for the teeth, the acids strip the enamel protecting the teeth from decay, health wise, is it pure juice or a juice based drink???? the later being a bad choice to have 3times a day. like anything, things are good in moderation :)

make sure it's organic juice. the entire fruit is used in the process of extracting the juice: including the RIND which (if not organically grown) contains pesticide residue. lots and LOTS of pesticide residue.
