Well I can't say it would turn me on, plus, my boyfriend is a non-smoker and just about puts up with me being a smoker.
But its horses for courses isn't it, I'm sure we do things that other couples would think were a turn-off.

well i dont smoke and my boyfriend has no problem in that department.maybe the cigarettes turn you on more than your girlfriend does.
