You must contact the manufacturer of the aircraft in order to get the latest one, however they don;t tend to update them very often. If you have a very common model of aircraft, (i.e. a 1978 Cessna 172) you could possibly purchase a used copy from someone else. However, this is NOT recommended, as ther could be variations between the model of aircraft you own and the model of aircraft the other person owned. Its best to simply contact the manufacturer. If you do buy one from another person, it will not constitute an aircraft operator's manual (POH) in the strict legal sense of the word. It will be a Pilot's Information Manual containing general information, but nothing that is specific to your aircraft. Also, please not the PIM is not one of the documents included in your ARrOW preflight documents check.

Aircraft manuals are not available online. Official pilot operating handbooks (manuals) are legal documents and can only be obtained from the manufacturer. You can purchase information manuals from some pilot stores for between $30 and $100+ depending on the aircraft.

Aircraft manuals are not kept online because there are just too many aircraft. For each airline has its own set of manuals that are applicable to its fleet of aircraft. Each aircraft is different as each airline has its own specs(different engines, cabin config, component manufacturer etc)
