I don't know if any Christian Church has taken a position on this one way or the other. I think you have to ask individual Christians.
As for me, I have no idea whether there is extraterrestrial life or not -- it's not a matter of "belief" it's a matter of not having had the opportunity to find out yet.

they the church once preached the earth was the centre of the universe...Galileo set it straight he was ridiculed and persecuted by the church...and to your question ..most don't believe in life on earth let alone extraterrestrials..but there opinion on this varies
they never apologised for Galileo they must be getting nervous ..since science has corrected the church once already
to the flat earth people I pay no mind...

Nah they would just think god had no resion to tell people about other planets he made..... or something like that.
And then go there and try to spread the word of god to those poor aliens going to hell.
