I Get This Rash All The Time When The Seasons Changed And It Drys Out And Turns White Its Like A Patch On My Skin I Have Been 2 The Doctor N They Gave Me Something 4 It But It Dont Work So Wat Do You Think It Could Be N Wat Can I Use

could be nothing more than irritation from barometric changes. there my be nothing you can do for it. it could also be ecxima

Most likely dry skin...set up an apointment with a dermatologist to make sure. In the meanwhile try AVENO products for bath and body needs. Good Luck...
