Say Hi! and you think she really looks good! Then suggest a place where you could go and talk, a coffee shop or mall. And once there, tell her you would like to see more of her as you really like her. You will then be able to judge her feelings about you, by her replies! Don't go overboard with the love thing, until you get to know her better! Or it might frighten her off! Play it cool at first, you can talk about more personal things when you get to know her better. Oh! don't forget to take some money with you! Someone has to pay for the coffee! lol.Have a good day!

Try starting with "Hi"..
ask her about music? movies?
you know, the stuff people talk about.
ask her what her favorite activity is, then talk about that if you can...
whatever comes to mind..
I'm sure she'll be able to tell you like her if you have alot of trouble talking to her. lol.

and try wearing the clothes which attracts her the most like if she is a simple living girl then wear simple clothes or so when you talk to her the first time....

if i barly know the girl, and u feel u love her .... slow down and think . and maybe u just like her or like her alot, we under estimate the word :"like" but if u guys are together and u feel as if u cant be without this person and she worth loving.... then just simply say "i love you" or dont it doesnt matter saying i love you doesnt make ure love stronger`
