Your body parts are invaluable to you, and to those lucky recipients who would recieve one after your death. As you are aware, it is illegal to sell organs and illegal to purchase them. Anyone who would pay you is already breaking the law, and at that point you become more of a liability to them to keep alive after the organ is harvested. They also tend not to be really careful doing the surgery, inept is the word that comes to mind most often, and you of course would be the loser. Which still makes your organs more valuable to you inside you than sold to the highest bidder. Aside from being illegal, it's immoral practice no decent doctor would take part in. Even if somebody did know more information, you can bet they certainly wouldn't discuss it on an answer forum such as this. Conducting illegal business via the web is a bit risky.

They are worth a fortune TO YOU! I'ts so very important, to try & keep all your organs healthy, for you to survive. If you choose to donate when you pass-on.....sign a donor card! Right now, body parts are not for sale......you need them..take care
