hi Vijay , yes 4 cups of coffee is really bad for you , caffine will dehydrate your bosy , that is you will loose a lot of water , which makes your blood too thick. also it puts excessive pressure on the urinary track and kidneys. Best thing to do is consume at least 2 glasses of water , first thing you get out of your bed , and drink at least another 8 glasses of water through out the day. this will keep your body in excellent health.

Well... yes. Caffeine is a toxin. It's harmful, but you probably enjoy it, so the question is 'is it harmful enough for me to have to give it up (or cut down)?'
If you're getting shakes from them coffee, or if you get headaches when you don't drink it then I'd say your body is trying to tell you something.
The most healthy drink in my opinion is clear, clean, still water. Most of us (me included) don't drink enough of it.

Anything in excess is bad for your health I suggest that you should cut down on your caffeine intake and instead up your energy by starting to exercise. Consult your doctor for other healthy ways of improving your caffeine dependent life style.
