My wife told me she was pregnant 2 nights ago but I think she is lyeing to me cause I want a divorce. I havent had sex with her in a month ever since she found out about my adultery. I resort ot drinking at the house to get away from my marriage problems but its alost getting in the way of my parenting the children. How do I prove my wife is a worthless liar of a housewife? And can I sue her in court for this?

First, stop drinking. You will damage your liver and that won't help you or the children. If you have been cheating on your wife, how can you expect your wife to be honest with you? If you have been having sex with a woman who is not your wife, it is YOU who have caused your wife to seek sexual gratification elsewhere, outside of her marriage. She may or may not be pregnant. Have you even tried to communicate with your wife? How did she get to be so horrible if you made her your wife in the first place? How can this other woman do so much more for you than your wife, who has given you children, has already done? Marriages are supposed to last a lifetime! Can't anyone just try to improve themselves and work with a spouse to get along better? Running away from reality does not make it change. Talk to your wife. Hey buddy, m sorry that you feel ur wife is lying to you and that your marriage is going down the drain. But the best way i think for you to determine if she is pregnant or not is for you to probably go down to walmart and pick up a pregnancy test tab and have her use and show it to you for proof. If you still dont believe her after that, then the best thing for you to do, that is to say if both you and your wife are comfortable with it, would be to go to a clinic to make sure.

Take an EPT test. Get two. If you want to bet totally sure see a Dr. No you can't sue, but you can get a divorce. Have you seen a professional counselor and not talking to your friends, they tend to be biased. Work it out if possible earn your way out of it first. Hell you married her so there's something that you like, love, etc.

You sound pretty worthless yourself pal, judging by your admitted adultery! And your drinking around your kids! If she's not pregnant, a simple test ordered by the judge, would confirm it! Then you could sue!

Get a pregnancy test done at Planned Parenthood.
Quit drinking so much- your teaching your kids to be drunkards.
An adulterer would have a hard time proving his wife is a worse liar than her cheating husband.
Is she IS pregnant, get a paternity test- if it's not YOURS you're off the hook. If it IS, you're screwed. Cheaper to keep her unless the new one's Pam Anderson. Good Luck.

goodness, r u kidding me? do you always question a statement people made? please learn to give ppl the benefit of doubts. i don't see why your wife should be lying to a man who is lack of responsiblity and commitment. who dun even deserve a lie. if in any case that she was lying was beco'z she loves someone she shouldn't. and if u want to prove her something, just send this question to her or have her read it for herself, she will decide whether she still wants to save the marriage and still wants to love this pitiful individual who wants to sue her for trying to save a marriage..

when she gets her first ultrra sound which will be done asap of her seeing the doctor it will tell you how many weeks she is exactly then you will know exactly if it yours
