It is a real problem where I work. These girls just won't quit following me around licking and sucking on them. I can't ban bananas and its too stupid to put them in detention for it. What other punishments should I give? How do I handle this appropriately?

Don't think "punishment." Think "compassion." It's tough to be young with all those hormones raging around. And you don't possibly have time to ^&*( them all. So, be grave (serious), keep your distance (you're an "idol"), and make sure you keep up a life of your own with your own age group.

I hope I can be frank with you...as a stranger.
You can't possibly be a teacher.
If you were you would have the professionalism enough to completely ignore what your students are doing...and you would probably know that by ignoring their behavior...they would stop.
There is no punishment to "give" for a child eating fruit.
How you appropriately handle it is by not making it your perception of a lewd offer... and ignore it.
eating is not allowed in a classroom anyways...
students aren't allowed in the teachers lounge.
find a better question.

i don't know what you can do about it though i know what they are doing it for and so do you. those girls must not think much of themselves to carry on like that in school or anyplace as a matter of fact, oh you could probably tell them that it dosen't look to good runing around school with bananas in their mouths as others may think their monkeys' and it's not very becoming to them. maybe a note to mommy and daddy or a phone call could help i am sure the parents wouldn't approve of such behavior. at least must parent' wouldn't go for it.. good luck in whatever you do.

well at my school theres this really hot pe teacher. and after pe all of us stand by the gym and wait for the bell to ring. so here she comes strutting down the hallway in her tight spandex with a banana in her mouth. she looks directly into my eyes and im like oh my god. she does it on purpose! but for you, id just say try to ignore it if you can since your a teacher. or tell them they cant bring food in your class.
