If the paint is water-based you should be able to get it out with repeated shampooing.
If it's solvent-based then you need to get a solvent for the paint. Most solvents are dry the skin quite badly so apply carefully with a piece of kitchen towel. Wash your hair immediately afterwards.

If it is a water based paint (Latex), then you can just wash your hair as normal with shampoo and it will come off. If it is oil based paint (like Gloss paint), you will need to use a cloth and paint thinner liquid to get it it off and then shampoo.

i think if you wash it you will be able to get the paint out of your hair by just picking it out. unless your talking about heaps n heaps of paint, than you will need to use something else, that i have no idea about.. good luck.

mechanics waterless hand cleaner, will take it out in a few minutes (Home depot, auto store, Wal-mart). Lighter fluid will do it too, in a pinch, gasoline will work but, use a tiny bit on a rag, do it outside as gasoline is very dangerous, and can ignite if brought in doors ( the furnace kicks on, or some puts on a light, and it causes a spark, and it ignites
