my father is dying he has been more than just a father to me where do i find the strenght to let go of the one man i know without a doubt really love me iam so scared i cant see straight please help

First off, I am really sorry that he is sick.

Your father loves you very much---always remember that. Keep happy thoughts and memories of him as you mourn him.

Lots of prayers and being around family helps. (that is if they are not so negative)...

Don't be afraid to cry. Crying is a natural reaction to loss and also a stress reliever. Then pray. Ask for whatever you need. There is such a thing as a grief counselor. Don't be afraid to get help if you think you need it.

Pray it will give you strength and confidence. We all die some day and face the pain of parting.
