Yes I know Christmass is pagan and was not the real date on which Jesus was born, because I am a Christian, Ido not celebrate Christmass, yes Christmass is a pagan celebration! And not for Christians to celebrate, it's not even good for kids, it teaches them lies about santa claus thereby teaching them it is ok to tell lies there are many reasons that this is one of the celebrations that Christians should not get involved with

No, we are not stupid. Most Christians I have encountered know full well that Jesus was not born on Dec. 25. It's not a problem because IT IS THE DAY CHOSEN TO CELEBRATE HIS BIRTH, NOT HIS BIRTHDATE. If you object to celebrating Christmas, get up and go to work on Christmas morning, and give us the same rights you demand for yourself.
Most non-Christians celebrate Christmas because it is a cultural holiday for them, and not necessarily a religious holiday. There is nothing wrong, sinister, evil or stupid about having Christmas day celebrated as purely a cultural holiday.
We give gifts to each other because Jesus RECEIVED gifts in Bethlehem, and by his incarnation the Son of God has united himself in some fashion with every human being. This saving event reveals to humanity not only the boundless love of God who "so loved the world that he gave his only Son" (Jn 3:16), but also the incomparable value of every human person.
It's not just about Jesus, it's about our dignity as human beings, who are as valuable to God as His son. Whether you believe or not has no bearing on your value as a person.
In the context of our culture, depriving children of simple gifts at Christmas is abusive because of the cruelty they could suffer from their peers.

No matter how the holiday started, a lot of us celebrate Christ's birth at Christmastime. It has become a religious holiday for us. Others may have their own reasons for celebrating. Why would you call someone stupid for celebrating anything? If you don't agree, fine, but no one is forcing you to celebrate anything.

is it wrong to give little children gifts, if I've told them the truth about Chrijstmas??? my children know that Christ was not born on Dec. 25. they also know that we shouldn't have a "mass" to begin with (and we don't). So if my children ask for a toy, should I give them nothing?
I truly could care less if I receive anything, it's mainly for my kids and their grandparents, at my house. It's really about family, not tradition, here.
Just for full disclosure, we've let the kids have their presents much earlier if they really need them. My wife likes to try for Dec 25; but we open most on the night of the 24th (or sooner)...:)
In other words, I don't regard the 25th as a "Holy-day".

In Wicca, Yule is on the 21st of Dec. It's one of our Sabbats. Though I celebrate Christmas but I do it in a different way than others. It has nothing at all to do with Jesus and everything to do with family for me.

He was born in April, and its the Winter Solstice you speak of. Christians "adopted" (stole) it from the Pagans because they wanted to be popular. It's called Christmas because, obviously, any special day ending in -mas is a christened holiday, so is no longer recognized as Pagan, only christian.
It was April because the leaf buds were beginning to form.
Thank you!

Jesus never showered anyone with gifts, nor did he ask anyone to do such. In fact he told the rich man to SELL ALL HIS POSSESSIONS! So, this means to me that Jesus would not be that happy with our commercial Christmas and no, it has nothing to do with His birth. It is a greedy holiday for greedy Americans. I suggest every Christian spend at least ONE Christmas without giving or receiving one gift. Take your saviour's birth out of the hands of the mega corporations. Focus instead back on what you claim to believe.

We celebrate Christmas because it is unknown exactly when Jesus was born. We celebrate Christmas to try to do a tiny fraction of what Jesus did when he was here, give to others out of the goodness of our hearts

you recognize what - for a large style of the years of Christianity, Christmas change into hardly even celebrated. that is an fairly minor theological journey in Christianity. Easter is the vacation for Christians. Christmas change into purely better to co-opt for different celebrations of the iciness Solstice.
