Unless your hair is naturally white to begin with I don't think it is possible to make your hair naturally white forever since hair will grow out and the roots will be its orginal color.
You could try shaving your head and wearing a white wig all the time.

you better start stressing from now!!! i know it'll turn you hair into a shade of grey but thats close enough to white.... Good luck..

i know, i know. Call (Hollywood) once in an episode of 'Charmed' there hair was changing colour to white!! maybe that would work!! ehehehe

the best way to make ur hairs white before old age is STRESS and TENSÄ°ONS .Stuck ur self in tensions nad u will achieve ur goals soon......

Bleach it. It takes out the color.
