dont say eat more coz thats not working!

You can do wrist extension, flexion and pronation. Hold a dumbell on one hand. Rest your arm on a bench (that is, you're kneeling behind it) and with an overhand grip, slowly extend your hand at the wrist joint. You can also do this sitting with your arm resting on your thigh.
To work the flexors, just do the opposite. Hold the dumbell with an underhand grip and slowly flex your wrist joint in the same position I described earlier.
Pronation is done by slowly rotating your arm on its long axis from a supine to prone postition.
It's kinda difficult to describe the exercises without showing you. I think I saw some videos in menshealth.com. It'll be better if you look for the exercises there. Thanks!

There are a lot of exercises that target your forearms (see link below). Include one or two of these as part of your regular workout routine, and, along with a proper diet, you will add muscles to your forearms.

My personal favorites are wrist curls (both with dumbbells and with barbell), and wrist roller.

Eat lots of protein and work out. It is very important to do both at all times in order to make muscle.

i too have the sam e problem and my doc has advised me the following:
(1)to take enough rest
(2)eat fat rich foodstuffs like eggs ,fish,chickenetc
(3)take supplementary diet like ensure(a protien rich foodstuff recommended by doctor to me)
(4)play games

do more exerices involving the arms, do them often and have a good diet and hopefully after a while you will gain some muscle.
