I would try taking the most common words that you do stutter and practice saying them over and over again. The only way to help is to know why and how you are stuttering. Or take words that you think you might stutter with and practice saying those words over and over again. Practicing will help, you just have to understand which words need help and address those words so that you can make it easier for yourself to say those words.

Have you tried speech therapy? I think most people stutter when they get nervous. Take a deep breath before you speak. Maybe you could drink some water. Good luck!

I too stutter, and I gave up trying. The only thing I can suggest is slow down and think about what you want to say before you say anything.

^^^^ all good ideas, speach class, or how about drama class perhaps if you get comfortable reading lines you will just overcome it without even noticing.
5-10 words a week is not that bad...really. I bet no one notices but you. I think just build up your confidence and the rest will fall into place.

Sing. Eventually, you will be able to speak evenly, with no stuttering.

5-10 words a week is very minor.
But talk to your doctor, they have medications that have been proven to control this problem.
