any sort of "enhancement pill" has a risk of side effects and anything with side effects is not good for your health. Of course, in the long run they may do more good than harm, but make sure first that a pill is absolutely necessary. There are many other therapies and things for that.
Side effects depend highly on the pill you take. Viagra has a risk of lasting too long or bursting vessels. Other pills may cause headache or dependency.

The real question is whether he benefits outweigh the risks. Take a speck, the next day a tiny crumb, each day a slightly larger piece. If there are any side effects you come across you do not like while working up to a full dose you know the pill is not for you

Honestly,I don't think any sex pills are good for you.You definately have to watch side-effects.
