I have recently started dating a girl from work, however b4 all this started she went away for 6 months and we were just friends etc. Now she is back and we just got together, however when she was away i had a fling with another girl from work, which started and ended while the new girl was away. Neither of them know about this!! and im not sure if i should spill the beans and tell her about this fling, or should i tell the fling girl (who i think still likes me to keep it quite) or keep it quite and hope neither of them find out........ what do u think!!!

Ouch. Somebody's going to get hurt, especially if you are giving both or either of them the feeling that you're being exclusive with them. I think there's no real way to avoid letting them both know because word does get around, and unless one of them is living in a cave, there's no way they won't both know.

If you are lucky, and one of these relationships is a strong one, it might survive this. It's up to you and her to figure that part out.

You need to tell the "fling girl" that your fling is permanently over, so that she can move on with her life, knowing you are no longer available for her. You should never insult the first girl by telling her anything about another woman or by letting her see you with the new girl. You must kindly and gently END your relationship with her because your future love interests will be of no concern to her and should not concern anyone else on your JOB. No female is going to keep anything quiet for your benefit, especially, if you have rejected her and hurt her feelings! Secondly, you should seriously, consider the fact that having relationships with females whom you work with can lead to a very miserable and negative work environment for all parties affected as well as opening up the door for charges of sexual harassment against you. Don't become an office Romeo. This kind of an image is poisonous.

Its never good to have affairs at your work place why cause when you break up you still have to either work with them or pass them in halls . word gets around in the lumch room on brake what kind of guy you were.. all a bad thing.

Try to just control yourself at work this isn't highschooll. and since you have already gone down this road try to be as discreet as possible. but 50 bucks says one of them will spill the beans and you'll be found out guaranteed.
