Unlike Christians, who try to force the Bible down your throat, Atheists don't really care what you believe in, as long as you don't try to push your beliefs at others.
If you want my advice, your perfectly fine as it is. Humans don't need a "God" to make themselves feel better. Having God in your life only makes you more dependent and weaker. It's your life; it's up to you to live your life and be happy. You're the only one who can make a difference in your life.

Evidently you already have enough faith to be seeking the truth. You know in your heart there is a God and you are seeking Him. This is a great testimony to the power of God that He can reach you despite unbelieving parents and being taught false doctrines as truth in the public schools.
Pray. Get a Bible and read it. Find a good church with a good youth group and attend. You will find a wealth of knowledge and loving people who will support you and pray for you.
Is it possible to have faith? Yes, you've just proven that. God does exist and He will reveal Himself to you if you continue to seek Him.
God bless you and guide you on your journey to Him!

You have to pray, first of all.
God will answer you.... For example, for me: I was atheist for 14 years, from the time i was 2 until i was 16... I am now 18, but when i got saved, it was very hard... my family didn't and still doesn't support me about it and God spoke to me and told me I was to become a pastor, when my dream was to become a music teacher.... but, if you know there is a God, you have to pray for him to help you become stronger in Him.
God will show you the way you need to follow in Him. I promise it will be a struggle, but once you see his face, it will all be worth it... also do not believe in God just because you want to live a better life, you can do that by just changing your habits... God is the almighty being, not just something to believe in... He helps you when you need him... but only if you truly believe in your heart that Jesus died on the cross for your sins and you confess it to people that that is what you believe... but to get back on topic,
Your parents will probably not support you at first... but once they see a change in your life, they will soon realize that it is God working to change you... He will as long as you truly believe in Him...
If you have any questions, just e-mail me... i will be glad to help....
have a good day and God Bless,
Serving Him,
Jesus is Lord......

Just become muslim. I urge you.
A short story:
a young christian of 13 , asked his mother >>> what were people worshiping at the time of Adam, Noah, Abraham,......until Moses?
she answered >>> God !!!.
he asked >>> why we worship jesus then?
she answered >>>because it is written in the bible.
he asked >>> what will be the faith of the people before the coming of jesus ?
she answered >>> I don't know.
So, After thinking about this even more, knowing that there is
a religion ( Islam) that worships only one God , like the people
before. Again ,he too believed this. And became a muslim at
age 17 himself. Why? Because he could not accept or find reasons to believe in the trinity concept. None of the people before nor after any of the phophets believed in this. This belief
is only in the bible( new testament) not in the old testament or
the Quran. Can we trust or believe blindly in the bible and ignore
what most people on the earth have all believed.

Many people believe that Christians just stupidly embrace our non founded beliefs but as an intelligent person I want to know why I believe what I believe. I suggest reading a book by Josh Mcdowell called more than a carpenter & also his book called evidence that demands a verdict. He was an agnostic who set out to disprove Christianity but was converted bc of the overwhelming evidence he found to support it.

If you don't believe it deep inside, I don't think you should convert. There are religions without a God e.g. Buddhism, or my own personal favourite, Pantheism, which means that God is the sum total of everything (therefore you still get the fact that we are all connected, and there is good in all of us.)
I can't, personally, believe in a Biblical God. There are many ethical + moral theories, such as Kantianism and Virtue Ethics that don't require religion.
And many other ways to better yourself!

Not when you put it that way.
faith means blind trust and belief. faith in a god is not possible if you feel that a god cannot exist.
you can live a better life by taking the morals and teachings of a religion you choose and apply them to your own life.
if you want to belong to a group, then go to church and see what others have to say.
read about it. make up your own mind for certain.

It is possible to have faith having been raised to believe there is no God, the exact same thing was true with me. Absolutely NONE of my family are Christians, and my dad went out of his way to convince me God did not exist.
However, its about welcoming Jesus into your life, and giving it completely to Him. Once you do that, unfortunately life will get difficult for you. Its not what people want to hear, but Jesus said Blessed are they that suffer persecution in my name. And its true, you might not get it as bad as some, but there are definitely some people who will mock you, and tell lies about you, just because you are a Christian.
But knowing that the promise of Heaven and eternity with God makes it all worth it.
God Bless

Go for it. You have a free will just like every other human. If you study the bible and start believing, you find out how to be saved and go to heaven. What do you have to lose if you do? What do you loose if you don't? Look it up. Find a good "bible teaching" church to start visiting. You don't have to become a member or even a Christian to go. Give it a try, you might like it.
