Me and My famaly are leving for 2 weeks and my mom is letting one of her friends and her sons live at my house for 2 weeks to watch my animals, I Have meany expensive things in my room and my room doesnt have a lock. So i was wondering how to use a chain to lock my room up.

Explain to your mom that you don't trust the guy. Since he is not your friend, you have no reason to trust him, so it's not personal.
A chain lock does not appear to be an option here. Instead you have to use a lock that covers the door knob and makes it inaccessible. I don't know the name of it, but a locksmith will.
Just get the measurments right for a firm encasement and you will have no trouble.

Those people are your mom's freinds and if she trusts them to stay in her house, well, so should you. Padlocking or locking your door against them will be an insult. Besides, THEY KNOW that if anything went missing, they will be blamed. Relax - nothing will happen to your things UNLESS your mom's freinds are drug addicts or criminals or both - which I doubt.
