He had 4 brothers; James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas. He had at least two sisters. The two books in the Bible, James, and Jude were written by two of his brothers. While I'm at it, John the Baptizer was Jesus' first cousinby Mary's sister Elizabeth. The two apostles John (who later wrote Revelation, John, and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd John) and James were his first cousins by another of Mary's sisters, Salome. And another apostle named James was possibly Jesus first cousin by Joseph's brother Alphaeus.

The Bible describes Jesus as Firstborn implying that other children were born after him. Jesus’ brothers were named “James and Joseph and Simon and Judas.” And Jesus had at least two sisters .—Matthew 13:55, 56; Luke 1:34, 35. So, Jesus had, at the very least, six younger brothers and sisters. These would be half brothers and sisters because Joseph was merely Jesus' adoptive father. According to the Bible, Jesus was, “the Christ, the Son of the living God.”—Mt 16:16.

you mean with Mary as mother? he has 4 brothers and (probably)2 sisters.
The Bible says that Jesus’ brothers were named “James and Joseph and Simon and Judas.” And Jesus had sisters who were alive when he was preaching. Since Jesus was the firstborn, these were all younger than he was.—Matthew 13:55, 56; Luke 1:34, 35.
Were Jesus’ brothers also his disciples?— The Bible says that at first they were “not exercising faith in him.” (John 7:5) Later, however, James and Judas (also called Jude) became his disciples, and they even wrote books of the Bible. Do you know which books they wrote?— Yes, James and Jude.
Although Jesus’ sisters are not named in the Bible, we know that he had at least two. However, there could have been more. Did these sisters become his followers?— The Bible doesn’t say, so we don’t know.

Jesus didnt have any brothers or sisters.
Now for HALF-brothers and HALF-sisters..... That is undeterminable because there is no proof of how many times Mary and Joseph created little versions of themselves.

We are all His brothers and sisters because we are all God's children, but if you mean blood brothers and sisters...He had none.
