strech, eat some thing healthly and try to get to bed soon. it shouldn't go away entirely but it will help. particularly getting a full (or close/around 8 hours) of sleep

Sounds like you over did it a bit. Maybe you didn't warm up or cool down enough. Of course you want to do well on your test tomorrow but be careful. That pain is there for a reason. It's to tell you your muscles have been working too hard. A warm bath may ease it a bit, especially if it is a result of not cooling down properly. But pain is a result of damage and the only solution to damage is to wait until it is repaired.
Good luck in your test, take it easy next time.

Forget the pushup test. Try to postpone it for another day. The rule of thumb in exercise, is to do it on one day, and rest the next. Having gone at it today, and planning to go at it again tomorrow is not a good idea. You need that day of rest in between workouts. The day of rest allows your body time to recover and become stronger. Without the rest, you're beating yourself up without giving your body the time to recover and get stronger.
If you want to go at it every day, you need to exercise different muscles than you did the day before. In other words, have a split routine. Maybe upper body muscles on one day, and lower body muscles on the next. That way, part of your body is always getting a day of rest.
Having worked out your arms in gymnastics today, and then working out your arms again tomorrow in pushups, is working out the same part of your body two days in a row. Not a good thing. Think about this and get yourself a schedule so that you don't run into such conflicts again.

Exercise? Is that what you kids are calling it these days. I'll rub the sore spots but it depends where you're sore at. If it's not the places I'm hopeing than just walk it off.

Well, you've got to warm yourself up adequately tomorrow. If you can get through that, then you shouldn't feel the soreness too much. Secondly, you shouldn't have tired yourself out just like that. You've got to get used to it first! After 1 week, you'll feel no pain whatsoever. It seriously just dissipates! Sooo... keep working out, and the soreness will be gone.

Work out that same muscle. You have lactic acid built up and it needs to be released. Aleve works great. Stretch the same muscles before bed and when you wake up. Pray. :)

A hot bathe, soak as hot as possible for as long as possible. Also you can dissolve in a handful of aspirins if you want.
