Why is it so hard to get a personal loan in singapore? Forget about the banks as i don't qualify. Wat do i do?

I have 3 kids,youngest at 5 months old.how do i consolidate my debts into one easy payment? forget the banks or ge money as that is wat i wanna clear too. I went online and several ppl said they willing to give out loan but i must pay a fee in USD first which obviously i said no to...answers to this crappy situation pls as i need the loan to move back to my house and not stay wit my in laws..

try get your spouse to loan the money from banks.
if not, try borrowing from friends/relatives.

or if really, teh last measure, find ah longs /loansharks. which is definitely a way you'll dont even want to think of.
