We need more information. There are literally thousands of diseases for each system, so what types of diseases are you looking for? Here is a starter, although I'm not sure that this is what you are looking for at all.
1) hypertension - an increase in the pressure against the arterial walls that can result from several causes including fluid overload, too much sodium in the diet, genetics, smoking, age, gender, lack of exercise, or it can be secondary to other diseases, such as renal failure or diabetes. Hypertension often leads to atherosclerosis, or hardening of the arteries, as the vessels become damaged from the increased pressure against them and build up scar tissue and fat as a result.
