Hello to all of you out there. I'd like some recommendations re. a doctor (M.D.) who has a reputation helping patients with severe chronic fatigue. Since I live in the Redwood City, CA area, a doctor in the S.F. Bay area is needed. Thanks for any assistance.

Have you been screened for diabetes? It causes severe fatigue when left untreated.

I don't know any doctors in that area, I live on the other coast. If you have chronic fatigue most likely you are either getting too little or too much sleep, too much is also not good. If you are getting 6-8 hours of sleep and you are still tired see your regular physician, he can tell give you a referal if you need to see anyone else.

May want to consider a factor not well recognized.. poor protein assimilation. Most respond quite dramatically by increasing their protein intake; also, add amino acid supplements... If you enjoy fruits, may include papaya into your dietary. One other complication of poor protein assimilation or even digestion is, poor or problematic elimination.
